• The deadline for registrations is 17th September 2025 by 3.00 pm.
• Payment must be completed by 12.00 noon on 18th September 2025.
• Participation will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment to SLID.
• No payments will be accepted at or after the event under any circumstances.
• Registrations will be accepted on first-come, first-served basis.
• Please note that registrations will close once capacity is reached, even if this occurs before the stated deadline.
