Women Director Forum

Advances board diversity and supports women directors into and within the boardroom.

The Women Directors Forum (WDF) advances women’s participation and effectiveness on Boards while contributing to the development of a strong female leadership pipeline in Sri Lanka.

The Forum strengthens the governance knowledge, Boardroom skills and leadership capabilities of current and aspiring women directors.

It provides opportunities to engage with experts on governance, regulatory, financial, technological and management developments, while facilitating peer learning, experience sharing and professional networking. Through these initiatives, the WDF seeks both to increase women’s representation on Boards and strengthen their impact as Board leaders.
