The Board Secretaries’ Forum (BSF) provides a professional platform for Board Secretaries from the private and public sectors to exchange experiences, strengthen their capabilities and deepen their understanding of effective governance and Board processes.

The Forum focuses on the evolving role of the Board Secretary, including governance responsibilities, Boardroom dynamics, regulatory developments, Board processes and the leadership attributes required to support future-ready Boards. Through peer learning, expert engagement and the sharing of best Sri Lanka Institute of Directors | Committees & Forums – Website Content practices, it seeks to enhance the Board Secretary’s role as a trusted adviser and key contributor to Board effectiveness.

The Forum is a collaborative initiative between SLID and the Institute of Chartered Corporate Secretaries of Sri Lanka (ICCSSL).
