Public Sector Committee

Promotes stronger governance, leadership and institutional capability across Sri Lanka’s public sector and State-owned enterprises.

The Committee supports public sector boards and senior leadership through targeted capacity-building, practical governance frameworks, knowledge sharing and strategic guidance in areas including governance, financial management, technology adoption and leadership development.

It also encourages engagement among government institutions, regulators and other stakeholders to advance governance reform, institutional effectiveness and sustainable public sector performance.
