The Committee examines issues that influence good governance, business competitiveness and institutional stability, drawing on the collective expertise and experience of SLID’s membership.
Through research, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships, position papers and thought leadership, it seeks to contribute constructively to policy development and ensure that directors’ perspectives are effectively represented. Its work is guided by the principles of independence, integrity, inclusivity and fairness.
