The Young Directors Forum (YDF) is dedicated to developing the next generation of directors and board leaders by creating opportunities for emerging leaders to strengthen their governance knowledge, leadership capabilities and professional networks.

Through knowledge-sharing, mentoring, practical learning and engagement with experienced directors and business leaders, the Forum provides exposure to contemporary boardroom issues and Sri Lanka Institute of Directors | Committees & Forums – Website Content governance practices.

Its objective is to build a strong pipeline of capable, responsible and future-ready leaders equipped to contribute effectively to boards and the wider business community.
