Independent Non-Executive Director Forum

A network for independent non-executive directors to sharpen independent oversight and boardroom effectiveness.

The Independent Non-Executive Directors Forum (INED Forum) provides an interactive platform for INEDs across the private and public sectors to exchange knowledge, experiences and perspectives on the responsibilities and challenges of independent Board leadership.

The Forum enables INEDs to deepen their understanding of their roles and responsibilities, remain abreast of legislation, regulation and governance best practices, and strengthen their effectiveness in Board processes and Boardroom dynamics. Through peer dialogue and engagement with subject- matter experts, it provides a trusted environment for addressing emerging issues and enhancing the independence, judgement and contribution of INEDs. EY Sri Lanka serves as the Knowledge Partner of the INED Forum, providing specialist knowledge, perspectives and insights on governance, regulatory developments and emerging issues relevant to Independent Non-Executive Directors.
