BOARD LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMME (BLT) – INTAKE 22

The Board Leadership Training Programme (BLT) is designed to enhance your skills in contributing to the creation of an effective board culture and performance whilst learning the entire range of duties and responsibilities of a director.

The programme covers four comprehensive parts, delivered by trained trainers and supported by experienced practising directors.

PART 3 – STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
18th & 19th January 2027

Module 01: The Governance of Strategy
Module 02: Evaluating Strategy Delivery and Executive Directors’ Performance

Module 04: Corporate Responsibility

PART 4 – FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP AND ACCOUNTABILITY
16th & 17th February 2027

COURSE COMPLETION
